Drinking Tea & My Happy Place

Drinking Tea takes me to my happy place. I am sure you love something that takes you to your happy place, are you thinking of what that is for you? In creating little things that make us happy, we create a happy world around us. Coming back to my Tea Crazzzz, I grew up drinking tea and been hooked on to it for a while now. As I grew up I drank many kinds of tea and can’t really pen down on my favorite though.

However, I want to introduce you to one of my favorites, one out of many. White Tea! If you are unaware of a tea such as this then it’s not white in color I can assure you that!

Tea has been consumed as medicine for centuries. Now modern science is discovering its hidden benefits what people in China and throughout the world have long known: tea is good for you. While green and black tea are very healthy, white tea is the least processed tea and has the highest antioxidant levels.

Now what is Antioxidant? A substance such as vitamin C or E that removes potentially damaging oxidizing agents in a living organism.

What Are Antioxidants?

As the name implies, antioxidants are substances that are capable of counteracting the damaging, but normal, effects of the physiological process of oxidation in animal tissue. “Antioxidants are nutrients (vitamins and minerals) as well as enzymes (proteins in your body that assist in chemical reactions). They are believed to play a role in preventing the development of such chronic diseases as cancer, heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, Rheumatoid arthritis, and cataracts” – Read more…

It may be the ultimate Drink of Health. White Tea Antioxidants

“Antioxidants are nutrients that protect the body from damage by free radicals. Free radicals are nasty things that go around wreaking havoc on your body, damaging DNA and accelerating aging. Antioxidants scoop them up and neutralize them. White tea is loaded with these protective nutrients”. -

But it has helped me in the following

1. Relive stress
2. Relax my muscles
3. Sleep well
4. Hydrate my skin

I sure know this is doing wonderful things inside my body and I believe in it and if you get a chance or walk by White Tea in your supermarket grab one because it’s worth in investing in something natural and organic than something that is not.

Health Matters!!! and which is why it’s said “Health is Wealth”
