Drinking Tea & My Happy Place

Drinking Tea takes me to my happy place. I am sure you love something that takes you to your happy place, are you thinking of what that is for you? In creating little things that make us happy, we create a happy world around us. Coming back to my Tea Crazzzz, I grew up drinking tea and been hooked on to it for a while now. As I grew up I drank many kinds of tea and can’t really pen down on my favorite though.

However, I want to introduce you to one of my favorites, one out of many. White Tea! If you are unaware of a tea such as this then it’s not white in color I can assure you that!

Tea has been consumed as medicine for centuries. Now modern science is discovering its hidden benefits what people in China and throughout the world have long known: tea is good for you. While green and black tea are very healthy, white tea is the least processed tea and has the highest antioxidant levels.

Now what is Antioxidant? A substance such as vitamin C or E that removes potentially damaging oxidizing agents in a living organism.

7. Drink more water - Having more water gets rid of all the toxins from your body and makes you feel full before meals, therefore cutting down your food intake. Overall, without enough water, all our body functions slow down so whether you’re trying to lose weight or not, make sure you drink enough water everyday.
